چکیده
The leading positions in terms of frequency, severity the course and high mortality belong to infectious forms acute pancreatitis. However, not all pathophysiological mechanisms development this disorder have been studied. Given that immune responses are an integral part pathogenesis pancreatitis, it is extremely important study relationship between inflammation activation response. This review will discuss role various populations innate cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, dendritic mast regulatory cells gland tissue destruction systemic inflammatory response syndrome. Targeting cell metabolite signaling pathways pancreatitis may lead a broader ultimately more effective redirection treatment program towards disease resolution improved clinical outcomes.

Background and Aim: Acute pancreatitis is an inflammatory pancreatic disease that is associated with low or no fibrosis of the pancreas. Standard non-surgical treatment in all patients involves correcting water and electrolyte disorders, pain relief and avoiding pancreatic secretion. Given that pancreatitis is an inflammatory process, and NSAIDs have been shown to modulate inflammatory processe...

Inflammation of pancreatic parenchyma is said to be pancreatitis. It can be acute, presenting as emergency with short history or chronic as a continuation of acute with a long history. Autodigestion is responsible for pancreatitis on background of premature activation of pancreatic enzymes within the pancreas. Acute Pancreatitis is acute inflammation of the pancrease which can be mild to modera...
متن کاملFamilial hypertriglyceridemia-induced acute necrotizing pancreatitis: A case report
Acutepancreatitis can infrequently be a life-threatening complication of hypertriglyceridemia. Rarely, hypertriglyceridemia can originate from an inborn genetic error in lipoproteins metabolism. This condition can be manifested by very high serum triglyceride levels (>1000 mg/dl) and a more severe and lethal form of pancreatitis. Here, we present a case of acute pancreatic which was found out t...
متن کاملDiagnosis of Acute Pancreatitis
Patients with acute pancreatitis (AP) usually present with sudden onset of abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Approximately 80% of patients have interstitial pancreatitis with mild-to-moderate symptoms, and 20% have life-threatening necrotizing disease. Careful clinical assessment and the judicial use of biochemical tests and radiological imaging enables the practitioner to differentiate AP ...
